Land Use and Housing

• Immediately implement the Chinatown Working Group Rezoning Plan, to stop the luxury towers in Two Bridges, and prevent displacement of working-class communities

• Work with neighbors to protect South Street Seaport with a plan that reflects the needs of residents, schools, small businesses, and cultural institutions

• Expand affordable housing opportunities in Soho, while preserving the affordable units that already exist in the neighborhood
